Research Interests:
Most of my work has been very interdisciplinary and has focused on
using appropriate spatial analysis techniques to aid in the management
of natural resources. I have focused primarily on projects
involving hydrological modeling and watershed management, prioritizing
areas for conservation and restoration, modeling wildlife
distributions, and performing landscape pattern analysis. When
reporting the results I am also interested in the role of spatial
decision support systems to evaluate tradeoffs and guide the
development of policy.
