* Competition for entry into the World Bank's Young Professionals program is intense. Of the roughly 10,000 individuals who apply every year, only 30-40 are admitted. Dr. Eliste credits the interdisciplinary nature of the education he received at WVU for much of his success, because it provided him with qualifications that were unique and met important needs of the World Bank.
