summarize financial assistance in the form of scholarships available to students
throughout the College for the 1997-98 academic year. This assistance is available
to any eligible student enrolled in a Davis College of Agriculture, Forestry,
and Consumer Sciences major. Only assistance available through the Davis
College is described here. Often students in the Davis College are eligible
for other scholarships, grants-in-aid or loans available through the University.
Information on these opportunities is available from the University's Office of Financial Aid.
None of our scholarships are automatically granted or renewed annually. To qualify and be considered for funds awarded by the Davis College, students must make formal application for scholarships through the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, 1006 Agricultural Sciences Building (304-293-2691), or through the Division administering the scholarships.
