First consideration will be given to students identified through the WVU Scholars Program. Recipient shall have demonstrated academic promise. First preference given to students from Jackson, Raleigh, and Fayette counties. Second preference given to students from Boone, Cabel, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mingo, Putnam, Summers, Wayne, and Wyoming counties.

Francis E. Stevens Scholarship

Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need and academic promise. The size of the scholarship shall not exceed the equivalent of fifty percent of full in state tuition and fees for the academic year in which the scholarship is given. Incoming high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduates may apply. Preference given to students enrolled in an agricultural discipline. Recipient shall be graduates of a Mason, Jackson, or Cabel county high school, with first preference given to residents of Mason County.

Foulke Meadow River Lands Scholarship

First consideration given to students identified for aid through the WVU Scholars Program. Students required to have a GPA of 3.0 or better. Scholarship may be renewed each year the student maintains a 3.0 or higher and maintains normal progress toward a degree. Incoming high school seniors majoring in an agricultural discipline may apply.
