from Boone, Cabel, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mingo, Putnam,
Summers, Wayne, and Wyoming counties.

Recipients shall have demonstrated
financial need and academic promise. The size of the scholarship shall not
exceed the equivalent of fifty percent of full in state tuition and fees for
the academic year in which the scholarship is given. Incoming high school
seniors, undergraduates, or graduates may apply. Preference given to students
enrolled in an agricultural discipline. Recipient shall be graduates of a
Mason, Jackson, or Cabel county high school, with first preference given to
residents of Mason County.

as long as students remains enrolled full-time and maintains a 3.0 GPA or

Incoming high school seniors majoring in an agricultural discipline may
apply. Preference given in the following order: (a) students from Clinton
District Monongahela County (b) students from Monongahela County (c) student
is WV resident.
